Getting started couldn’t be more convenient! With two easy formats designed to meet the needs of our professionals, the staff at Milestone has made it a priority to create material in such a way that works for everyone!
Simply return to our home page and select your state and profession in “New Customers” drop down menu. Next you will see a complete catalog of courses that are approved in your state. To learn more information about each course, click the course title. This will take you to a detailed description page allowing you to view the goals and objectives for each course. Once you have chosen the course that will best meet your professional needs you can select “BUY” below the “Online Format” or “Mail Format.” After you have successfully added each course you are interested in to your cart you can proceed to the checkout. You will be asked to enter a series of information necessary for billing, shipping (if choosing the mail format) and your “Certificate of Completion.” Upon successful completion of the credit/debit card transaction, a confirmation page will be displayed on your screen with your login/password and instructions to complete your course. A duplicate copy of this confirmation page will also be sent to your email account. It is important to print and save this email for your records.
If you do not have a credit/debit card for online order placement, please contact our office at 1.800.709.8820 and we can assist you with other payment methods (ie: cashier’s check, money order or personal check.Note: No orders will be shipped until successful clearing of personal checks.)
